Nice hotel outside center of Tagbilaran. Modern look, good restaurant. Some small rooms doesn't have window. They change me the room for one with window next day. The staff is very nice and helpful.

The staff were very helpful and readily available when you need something. The location is unbeatable and really affordable. When you need something done in the city, this is really a good place to stay.
